That I am participating in the Convention at my own risk. I agree that any accidents or unfortunate events that may take place are not the responsibility of the ITA Energy Medicine Association Inc. or the responsibility of any of the individual Association members

I acknowledge that if the event is cancelled, the costs already incurred by the ITAEMA will be calculated and the excess remaining funds will be refunded back to those who have paid; in direct proportion with the amounts that each attendee has already paid. I may not receive a refund.

Transport to and from the Padma Retreat Centre is not included
